The former Tourism Minister, Aviation, Port and Marine of the Seychelles, Alain St.Ange is set to deliver a keynote address at the forthcoming Aswan, Egypt tourism conference.

Slated to hold between February 18 and 20, 2025, St.Ange, who is a renowned global tourism expert and consultant, is billed to speak on; Smart Tourism and Destination Identity: Reshaping the Future of Tourism and Hospitality. The two days event is organised by Sadat University’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotels.

In the letter of invitation to St.Ange from the President of the conference on behalf of Sadat University’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, the organisers noted, “Your expertise and insights will greatly enrich the discussions and provide valuable perspectives on the future of tourism and hospitality.”

St.Ange, who now heads his own tourism consulting firm, expressed delight over the invitation, noting that he is excited to share his insights and fly his country’s flag higher on the global stage.

“I fly our country’s flag proudly on the speaker’s circuit and I am so happy that a son of Seychelles continues to be invited to share his experience on tourism on the international stage.”
